This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin Assistant at Hashemizadeh Trading Co LLC in Dubai. The role involves providing HR support, executive administrative assistance, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  2. Prepare offer letters and contracts.
  3. Stay up-to-date on Labour laws and rules, handling Visa & Labour Renewal/Cancellations/New Applications.
  4. Administer employee benefit programs, such as medical insurance.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  6. Manage the HR department on a day-to-day basis.
  7. Update and track employee and company Vehicle Records.
  8. Sound Knowledge in Fleet management and RTA systems.
  9. Handle paperwork for new hires and terminations.
  10. Develop and implement strategies for employee retention and engagement.
  11. Stay current on HR trends, industry regulations, and best practices.
  12. Provide guidance and advice to management and other staff on HR & Admin matters.
  13. Organize and facilitate training programs and workshops.
Requirements:
  1. Human Resources (HR) and Administrative Assistance skills.
  2. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  6. Experience in a similar role is a plus.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
