- Experience as admin at least 2 years.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), ERP (SAP) is an advantage.
- Can join immediately or on short notice.
Job Description:
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and redirecting calls as required.
- Taking minutes.
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
- Data entry (sales figures, bills, timesheets, etc.).
- General office management such as ordering stationary.
- Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers.
- Arranging both internal and external events.
- Providing administration support to Sales, Engineers & Managers.
