**URGENT HIRING (SECRETARY/ADMIN/RECEPTIONIST)**
- Assists the manager in daily personal task
- Screening telephone calls, enquiries, and handling them if necessary
- Organizing and making GM appointments
- Making correspondences, contracts, quotations, delivery notes and invoices
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files
- Prepares inquiries and purchase orders
- Communicate with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al Qusais: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
