The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.


Responsibilities
Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Administrative Team including:

  • Managing an active calendar of appointments
  • Composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential
  • Arranging complex and detailed meetings, events, itineraries, and agendas
  • Compiling documents for related meetings and events
  • Maintains contact information and various Administrative databases
  • Manages administrative files, physically and digitally, and the organizational library
  • Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a handson approach, including drafting letters, personal correspondence, involvement in process creations and documentation, and other tasks that facilitate the management
  • Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
  • Coordinates meeting agendas, space needs and arranges all requirements
  • Attend management meetings, prepare the agenda, take notes, and record the minutes
  • Other duties as assigned

Salary:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

- receptionist/secretary: 2 years (required)
