Provides high-level administrative support.

  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, and other documents.
  • Receives incoming communication or memos, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
  • Performs office tasks including maintaining records,
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by Manager.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • They answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor )
  • Order Executive front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, faxing, letter memo and drafting circulars.
  • Other administration & HR duties as per management directives.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • At least 35 years of experience working in a officer as a Receiption, Executive secretary.
  • Excellent knowledge of executive work & processes
  • Exceptional administrative skills and proven ability to work with various Department Heads and staff members.
  • Ability to plan, multitask, and manage time effectively
  • Must speak excellent communication ENGLISH (oral and written) and negotiation skills
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, executive secretary /Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
