The Executive Secretary also, serves as a liaison to the public and senior management team; The Executive Secretary must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

**Responsibilities**

Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Administrative Team including:

- Managing an active calendar of appointments
- Composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential
- Arranging complex and detailed meetings, events, itineraries, and agendas
- Compiling documents for related meetings and events
- Maintains contact information and various Administrative databases
- Manages administrative files, physically and digitally, and the organizational library
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting letters, personal correspondence, involvement in process creations and documentation, and other tasks that facilitate the management
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
- Coordinates meeting agendas, space needs and arranges all requirements
- Attend management meetings, prepare the agenda, take notes, and record the minutes
- Other duties as assigned

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- receptionist/secretary: 2 years (required)
