Receptionist / Admin Assistant

Provides high-level administrative support.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, and other documents.
- Receives incoming communication or memos, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records,
- Performs additional duties as assigned by Manager.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- They answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor )
- Order Executive front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, faxing, letter memo and drafting circulars.
- Other administration & HR duties as per management directives.
**Requirements**:
- A bachelor's degree.
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in a officer as a Receiption, Executive secretary.
- Excellent knowledge of executive work & processes
- Exceptional administrative skills and proven ability to work with various Department Heads and staff members.
- Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively
- Must speak excellent communication ENGLISH (oral and written) and negotiation skills
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, executive secretary /Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
