Marketing Budget &Business Strategy

  • Workwith the Head of Marketing for outlining budgets for all businessunits and management of our multi-channel marketing strategy thatincorporates Social Media, Website & Mobile app, InfluencerMarketing, Inbound Marketing, Email Marketing, Paid Search,Programatic ads, Digital Campaigns, Public Relations, B2C LiveChat, SEO, and offline ATL & BTLchannels.
  • Manage conception, development, andimplementation of marketing plans and strategies, course concepts,and promotional programmes to drive interestand

BrandMarketing

  • Managebranding strategy and campaigns, including social media, PR andinfluencer & partnership to drive brand awareness and builddemand for the business units.
  • Ensure our brandmessage is strong and consistent across all channels and marketingefforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, online blog andpromotional material). Plan and coordinate marketing efforts, andbuild awareness and positioning for our company'sbrand.
  • Manage the social media plan on thedevelopment and implementation of influencer partnership and socialstrategy to generate awareness, traffic and conversion as well ascreating and managing the organic social media calendar, drivefollowers and community engagement.
  • Oversee PRand major online and offlineevents.

PerformanceMarketing

  • Assist theHead of Marketing while working with the Digital Team to understandkey marketing performance metrics and conduct in-depth performanceand forecast analysis through various analytics and tracking toolsto provide market research, competitive analyses, campaign results,and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionableinsights for marketing team.
  • Manage paidmarketing, including PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Paid Social, Refer AFriend and Media Planning to deliver forecast traffic andconversion goals.
  • Manage content and work withIT Team to maintain and innovate on an effective, lead-generatingwebsite and improve online user experience for prospects, leads,andcustomers.

MarketingAutomation

  • Assist theHead of Marketing with technical aspects of CRM and marketingautomation to generate, distribute, and report on leads. Work withAdmissions and IT.
  • Develop and establish acomprehensive marketing automationstrategy.
  • Create and manage targeted emailcampaigns.
  • Create a customer profilingstrategy, to drive meaningful audiencesegmentation.
  • Implement a consumer databaseacquisition strategy to driveopt-ins.

Reporting&Budgeting

  • Identifyshort-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs,including the development and management of an annual marketingbudget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and otherfinancial considerations.
  • Create and maintainmetrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness,and business impact.
  • Report on theeffectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs tothe Board.

OfflineMarketing

  • Implementationof ATL / BTL activities across business units that includes Radio,Billboard, Media Planning & Buying to maximise brandawareness and visibility.
  • Experience inhandling PR, Media & Agencies to execute various marketingcampaigns.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery ofPR, press releases, advertisements, print ads, publications andother marketing collateral &materials.
  • Analyse market trends, compare andtrack the competition, summarise findings and provide comprehensivereports with recommendations to the business enabling furtherbusiness growth.
  • Plan, Manage, and Execute allevents for the company including Promotional Events, Open Houses,Trade Fairs, Enrollment Drives, etc. Execute all events in a timelymanner, adhering to corporate and branding guidelines. Ensure goodresponse and leadgeneration.

Admissions

  • Assistthe Head Marketing & Admissions to drive the Revenue Targetand Enrolment Target for the unit.
  • Collaboratewith the Head of Admissions & Admissions teams to focus ondriving enrolments.
  • Co-manage the customerjourney and engagement process during theadmissions
  • Manage and support the CRMcommunication process in the customerjourney.

CommunityEngagement

  • Engage otherorganisations within the community.
  • Liaise withfreelancers from time-to-time for projects for a strictdeadline.
  • Attend industry events duringnon-workinghours.

Requirements:

  • Candidatemust have a Degree in Marketing with at least 8 years workexperience in marketing. Experience in leading key accounts in anadvertising agency is a plus.
  • Have in-depthknowledge of:
  • GoogleAdWords
  • Up to date with latest trends in AItools & techniques.
  • Flair for Dataanalytics and reporting.
  • Keyword orientedArticle & PR Submissions.
  • Expertise inthe various disciplines of Marketing Communication such asadvertising, media, direct marketing, below the line &online and digital advertising, and social mediamarketing.
  • Strong effective communicator withexcellent writing skills in English. Arabic skills are a plus butnot critical.
  • Expertise working in the field ofnew media from a content perspective, including design, preferablyin a large organisation.
  • Strong leadership andinterpersonal skills
  • Excellent analyticalskills, at ease with numbers
  • Experience workingwith cross-functional with multinational teams and externalagencies.
  • Creative flair with a penchant forgood copywriting with strong proofreadingskills.
  • Good competence in project andstakeholder management with excellent analyticalskills.
  • Confident,data-driven.
  • Hold a UAE Driving Licence andmust have a car.
