Vos missionsDescription du Poste et Missions :
Nous recherchons un formateur/coach/formateur freelance expérimenté pour :
- Mission 1 : Création de contenu, supports de formation et enregistrement vidéo (sans montage).
- Mission 2 : Coaching collectif à distance, 10 heures par mois. Pendant 3 mois
- Mission 3 : Coaching individuel, 2 heures par apprenant par mois, avec un objectif de 5-10 apprenants par mois. Pendant 3 mois
Modules de Formation et mentorat à Dispenser :
- Maîtriser l’offre à vendre et stratégie de vente.
- Techniques de prospection (email, téléphone, réseaux sociaux).
- Préparation aux rendez-vous de vente.
- Techniques de closing et négociation.
- Suivi commercial.
- Développer son réseau
- Import-export
- Grands comptes
Profil Recherché :
- Compétences Techniques : Expertise en vente et développement commercial, avec une forte capacité à former dans ces domaines.
- Expérience : 5 ans d'expérience minimum en vente B2B de grands comptes, de préférence dans les activités d'import/export et de matières premières.
- Aptitudes Pédagogiques : Expérience avérée en formation, coaching ou mentorat. Capacité à réaliser des enregistrements vidéo pour la formation.
- Adéquation Culturelle : Partage la vision de former des commerciaux d'élite et de futurs leaders. Doit être dynamique, avec un état d'esprit axé sur la croissance et orienté résultats.
- Pratique Terrain Actuelle : De préférence toujours partiellement actif sur le terrain pour apporter des retours concrets et en temps réel lors des formations.
- Passion pour l'Enseignement : Passionné par le transfert de connaissances et d'expériences, avec une approche pratique indispensable pour le développement commercial.
Rémunération et Avantages :
Mission 1 : Budget 2000€
Mission 2 et 3 : Rémunération des heures ou forfait de coaching collectif à définir selon l’expérience + % Commission sur les ventes réalisée par les apprenants
