**About the role**:
The role holder is responsible for formulating business development strategies and managing efficient for the purpose of achieving commercial objectives and meeting sales targets for our luxury retail furniture division.

**Criteria**:
**Industry Relevance**:Minimum of 10 years experience in a related industry, such as furniture, outdoor the B2B sales efforts

**S**ales Growth Track Record**:Has contributed significant sales growth in their previous roles.

**Complex Sales Cycles**: Has managed sales cycles, including negotiation of contracts, understanding procurement processes, and relationship building over extended periods

**Sales Leadership**: Prior experience in leading or managing a B2B sales team is crucial.

**Key Account Management**: Experience in managing key accounts high-value clients, nurture long-term relationships and provide tailored solutions.

**Market Penetration**: Has successfully entered new markets or expanded the presence of their previous companies can bring valuable insights into market entry strategies.

**Client Diversity**: Has worked with a diverse range of B2B clients, as this indicates adaptability to varying client needs and industries.

**Sales Analytics**: has utilized data and analytics to drive their sales decisions demonstrate a data-driven approach, which is valuable in optimizing sales strategies.

**Client Relationship Management**: Experience in nurturing client relationships beyond the initial sale is important for ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.

**Change Management**:Has experience in reviving stagnant B2B sales divisions or implementing significant changes, it reflects their ability to drive transformation.
