Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive and passionate
Key Account Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage influencer relationships, support digital marketing campaigns, oversee social media for Asterix Digital and partner brands, and represent the agency at key industry events and exhibitions in the UAE.
This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and a solid understanding of content creation and digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities :
Influencer Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers for campaigns across beauty, lifestyle, and luxury sectors.
- Maintain and expand our
global influencer database
. - Coordinate influencer deliverables, contracts, content approvals, and performance tracking.
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing strategies (social, paid, and organic).
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across platforms.
- Support in campaign reporting, analytics, and optimization.
Social Media Management
- Manage social media pages for
Asterix Digital
and select brand clients. - Create engaging posts, coordinate content calendars, and manage community engagement.
- Track performance insights and propose improvements.
Events & Industry Engagement
- Attend and support industry exhibitions, events, and influencer activations in the UAE.
- Network and build relationships with influencers, media, and brand partners.
Account Coordination
- Liaise with clients to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for ongoing and new campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, client relations, and customer service
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and execute effective strategies, proposals, and reports
- Problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms is an advantage
- Understanding of market trends and competitive analysis to drive client success
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in a marketing agency or related industry is preferred
- Creative thinker with a can-do attitude and attention to detail.
