We are assisting a leading
FMCG organization
in their search for talented
Key Account Executives (HORECA)
to join their commercial team in Dubai.

This role is based at the company's
Head Office in Dubai
and covers
Dubai and the Northern Emirates
, including Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah.

The
Key Account Executive
will be responsible for developing and managing key customer accounts such as
4 & 5-star hotels, airlines, catering companies, and golf clubs
, driving profitable growth through strong partnerships and structured business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow key accounts within the HORECA segment across the assigned territory.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in hospitality channels.
  • Negotiate and execute trade agreements, business plans, and promotional deals.
  • Analyze sales performance, ROI, and P&L to ensure commercial effectiveness.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and deliver outstanding service.

Ideal Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Strong network within the
    HORECA / hospitality segment
    (especially 4 & 5-star hotels).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven commercial acumen and analytical ability.
  • Valid
    UAE driving license
    .
  • Well-presented, confident, and self-motivated professional.
