We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven
Key Account Executive
to manage and grow key client relationships in the
hospitality sector
, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and corporate hospitality chains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management:
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key hospitality clients to maximize business opportunities and client retention.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the hospitality industry, including expansion into new properties, chains, or regions.
- Client Servicing:
- Act as the main point of contact for all client communication, ensuring timely resolution of queries, issues, and service requests.
- Sales & Revenue:
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic account planning and execution.
- Negotiation & Contracts:
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize commercial agreements with key accounts in coordination with internal teams.
- Market Insights:
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and customer needs to develop relevant sales strategies and product positioning.
