We are looking for an experienced and motivated Key Account Executive based in Dubai with a strong background in the HORECA sector. The ideal candidate will bring solid FMCG sales experience, a proven track record of developing and sustaining long-term client relationships—particularly with 4- and 5-star hotels, airlines, catering companies, and golf clubs—and a deep understanding of the hospitality and foodservice industries.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales, preferably managing HORECA key accounts.
  • Strong network within the hospitality sector (4- and 5-star hotels, airlines, catering companies, etc.).
  • Proven expertise in key account management, demonstrating strong commercial acumen and financial knowledge, including experience handling ROI and P&L reports.
  • Highly developed analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Motivated to drive sales and deliver results.
  • Energetic and proactive in pursuing and closing deals.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
