Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Robinson & Co (Singapore) Pte Ltd. This role will involve overseeing the front desk operations, leading a team of service advisors, and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the front desk team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, adhering to high standards of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Ensure seamless communication between the reception team and other departments, guaranteeing that client queries are resolved efficiently.
  • Foster a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at the front desk, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Monitor and report on the financial performance of employees responsible for selling services, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Front Desk Manager/Team Lead in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of managing day-to-day operations and supervising a team.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
