The Front Desk Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the Front Desk under the general guidelines of the Director of Front of House and Assistant Managers.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel operations, services, and outlets to provide the highest standard of service to Guests. Respond to guest queries in a timely manner. Supervise all Front Desk Colleagues by ensuring guests are taken care of in a professional and friendly manner with high energy and an active personality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring hotel standards are continuously respected and met.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of hotel operations, services, and outlets.
- Providing the highest standard of service to Guests.
- Responding to guest queries in a timely manner.
- Supervising all Front Desk Colleagues.
The ideal candidate must be computer literate, with a strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Opera. They should be able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A minimum of two years of experience in a five-star environment is required, with pre-opening experience considered an advantage. Supervisory experience is a plus.
Fluency in both verbal and written English is essential, and additional language skills will be considered an asset.
