IBC Ventures LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our outreach efforts, particularly within the cryptocurrency space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Management: Identify high-quality leads within the cryptocurrency industry, utilizing Airtable for CRM and task assignment, and assign leads to team members and monitor progress using Airtable and Asana.
  • Outreach Strategy & Execution: Develop compelling outreach scripts and communication materials tailored to diverse audiences, implement and manage automated outreach methods, including email campaigns and mass outreaches, using tools like HubSpot, and continually refine and optimize outreach strategies based on data analysis.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with marketing, sales, and business development teams to align outreach strategies with company goals, coordinate with content teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding, and monitor and report on the effectiveness of outreach campaigns, providing actionable insights.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Explore new outreach channels and methodologies to enhance the impact and efficiency of campaigns, stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies, and continually refine and optimize outreach strategies based on data analysis.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Cryptocurrency: Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market and blockchain technology.
  • Experience in Lead Generation: Proven experience in lead scraping, database management, and lead nurturing.
  • Proficiency with Tools: Familiarity with Airtable, Asana, and HubSpot is preferred.
  • Copywriting Skills: Ability to create persuasive and engaging outreach content.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with automation tools for outreach is highly desirable.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize outreach efforts.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Additional Automation Tools: Familiarity with additional automation tools and platforms.
  • Previous Experience in a Similar Role: Previous experience in a similar role within the crypto or fintech industry.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
