Job Title: Head of Learning

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learning Strategy Development:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning and Development strategy aligned with AtkinsRéalis regional and global business objectives.
  • Program Design and Implementation:
    Design, develop, and deliver innovative learning programs, workshops, and initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning and address skills gaps.
  • Leadership Development:
    Manage programs aimed at nurturing future leaders, ensuring leadership development initiatives align with the company's talent management strategy.
  • Early Careers Programs:
    Design and delivery of career development programs for new graduate intake across the region.
Performance Management:
  • Performance and Career Management:
    Oversee the implementation of global performance and career management approaches, promoting a high-performance culture, and providing training and support on performance appraisal processes, career development planning, and feedback mechanisms.
Collaboration and Partnerships:
  • Collaborative Partnerships:
    Work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and senior business leaders to identify learning needs and talent gaps, and design of appropriate solutions.
Regional Focus:
  • Regional Focus:
    Ensure learning solutions are tailored to the Middle East context, considering local laws, cultural nuances, and business needs, promoting inclusion, diversity, and sustainable growth within the workforce.
Technology and Data:
  • Technology Integration:
    Leverage digital learning platforms and online content to deliver learning solutions at scale, staying informed about the latest trends and technologies in learning and development.
Leadership and Skills:
  • Leadership and Skills:
    Develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on influencing and inspiring employees, and a strong understanding of the Middle East region, including cultural and legal aspects that affect talent development.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (CIPD, SHRM, etc.) in L&D is a plus.
  • Experience:
    10+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
