Job Overview

Talent Pal is seeking a highly skilled Principal Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our Enterprise Business Agreements (EBA) with our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Act as the single point of contact for Talent Pal within EBA accounts, focusing on success in the post-sale cycle.
  • Customer Success Planning: Develop and implement post-sale customer success plans and strategies, working closely with an extended account team.
  • Value Delivery: Utilize your expertise in Programme Value and Change Management to maximize impact and business value for our clients.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with key stakeholders within our select group of named accounts.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain Enterprise Customer Success documentation, including Success Planning, Value Management Plans, Salesforce reports, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing organizations or in Sales/Post Sales roles.
  • Experience collaborating within globally matrixed organizations.
  • Motivated and integrity-focused with empathy for customers and a passion for delivering customer outcomes.
  • Ability to travel (20-30%).
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in the AEC Design or Construction Industry or within a PreSales or Post Sales role within a Technology Partner aligned to these markets.
