Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Customer Success Plans: Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored success plans to drive business value.
  • Provide Strategic Guidance and Support: Offer expert guidance and support to customers to help them overcome operational challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Conduct Business Reviews and Workshops: Lead executive business reviews and workshops with customers to discuss past successes, align on upcoming goals, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and Maintain Strong Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers through regular communication, proactive issue resolution, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends and Best Practices: Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and our platform's capabilities to provide expert guidance to customers.
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of experience in a Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role, preferably in the Enterprise SaaS space.
  • Strong priority management and emotional intelligence to handle high-pressure situations and multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with technical products and a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including executives, product leaders, and day-to-day users.
  • Passion for going above and beyond the call of duty, taking initiative, and thriving in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment.
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution.

  • Experience serving and partnering with large-scale business solutions at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Thrives in an unstructured, fast-paced, and change-heavy environment.
