Job Description

Antal International is seeking an experienced and dynamic executive to support the International Affairs team in executing multinational initiatives to enhance the Global GEOINT Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordination and Logistics: Coordinate with Protocol, Security, Office of Corporate Communications, and all International Affairs elements on multinational hosted visits or trips.
  2. Support to IA Desk Officers: Support IA desk officers in developing agendas, event planning, executing official courtesies, and capturing and distributing meeting notes.
  3. International Partner Engagement: Provide logistics and administrative functions in support of international partner engagements, including visits, trips, and outreach.
  4. Communication and Correspondence: Draft, modify, and review various types of correspondence to convey information and updates to partners.
  5. Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks during hosted events, including print outs, room setup, coffee, snacks, and clean up.
  6. Status Updates and Briefings: Brief multinational program managers on status updates of outstanding tasks.
  7. Engagement Coordination: Coordinate engagements with international partners bilaterally and online platforms.
  8. Information Sharing: Update shared folders and web sharing platforms with relevant multinational program information.
  9. Needs Assessment and Development: Identify, track, understand, communicate, develop, and assess multinational related needs and requirements to enable deepening NGA relationships with international partners.
  10. Technology Solutions: Work closely with the International Affairs Operations Center multinational team to track and monitor multilateral technology solutions that are developed to satisfy multilateral requirements in support of IA's multinational mission.
  11. Governance Framework: Provide administrative support to enable governance framework and operating structure for multinational initiatives.
  12. Partnership Development: Maintain awareness of current and future NGA multinational partnership developments.
  13. Expertise and Recommendations: Understand impacts to, provide expertise, and recommend changes within international partnerships.
  14. Tasker Responses: Coordinate responses to external taskers related to multinational initiatives.
  15. Requirements Definition: Assist the multinational team with defining, building, and executing their requirements.
Qualifications:

Required:

  1. Demonstrated experience in using project management tools, techniques, and processes.
  2. Demonstrated experience in drafting solutions regarding policy challenges to assist office and agency leadership regarding multinational engagement.
  3. Ability to international travel up to 7 days (between 1-3 times a year).

Desired:

  1. Demonstrated experience providing foreign visit support (facilitate visit logistics, assist the desk officer with read-ahead books and presentations, draft and submit executive summaries).
  2. Demonstrated experience serving as subject matter expert regarding foreign partner participation in agency multinational initiatives.
