The Global Partnership and Outreach Executive at Asterix Communications will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders that will drive growth and expand our reach. Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Expansion: Explore new markets and build relationships with new agents globally to expand the university's reach.
  2. Event Planning: Plan and participate in in-country events to strengthen relationships with partners, recruit students, and promote the university's programmes internationally and locally.
  3. Partnership Management: Coordinate with University counsellors and counterparts at international schools to plan and execute student-orientated workshops and University info sessions.
  4. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary liaison for all stakeholders involved in partnership and progression pathways, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across departments.
  5. Performance Tracking: Establish a robust framework for tracking partnership performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies, maximize outcomes, and identifying areas for improvement.
  6. Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling outreach materials, including presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral to help promote partnerships activities.
  7. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities, focusing on creating avenues for top-up programmes and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  8. Partner Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with current partners and offer new ways to expand our collaborations.
  9. Agreement Management: Ensure that all partnership agreements are up-to-date, compliant with legal standards, and beneficial to both parties.
  10. Quality Monitoring: Implement effective monitoring systems to assess the quality of partner deliveries.
  11. Process Development: Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management and nurturing with partners and agents.
Requirements
  1. Proven Track Record: A proven record as a partnership development/recruitment professional.
  2. Collaboration and Delivery: A motivated self-starter with a proven ability to effectively collaborate and deliver.
  3. Target-Oriented: A driven individual, focused on targets and ROI.
  4. Organizational Skills: Good organizational and time management skills.
  5. System Knowledge: A good understanding of systems usage (CRM, Leads, Database Management).
  6. Relationship Building: Demonstrable expertise in developing and managing strong and effective relationships across a range of specialist stakeholders, clients including senior management.
  7. Performance Measurement: A strong performance measurement and monitoring background.
  8. Qualifications: Honours degree or higher degree (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant field.
