**Qualifications & Competencies:

  • An undergraduate degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification is a distinct advantage.
  • A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in real estate investment and development with a focus on global markets.
  • Acute comprehension of international real estate markets, contemporary trends, and investment modalities.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing real estate ventures.
  • Proficient financial analytical capabilities with a knack for assessing investment prospects and project feasibility.
  • Stellar leadership, communication, and negotiation prowess.
  • Familiarity with regional regulations and legal stipulations pertaining to real estate.
  • Competency in employing project management software and tools.

**Language Proficiency:** Proficiency in both Russian and English is imperative. Mastery of additional languages will be viewed favorably.
