Role Overview

The CRM and Customer Success Strategist will be responsible for enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction through effective marketing strategies and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Development: Design, implement, and refine marketing initiatives and workflows, focusing on email outreach, lead generation, and customer loyalty.
  • CRM Utilization: Leverage CRM platforms such as Zoho, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Salesforce to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain robust relationships with clients to promote high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • CRM Assistance: Guide clients in utilizing CRM tools and executing their marketing strategies effectively.
  • Data Management: Collect, analyze, and report on customer data from various sources, ensuring accurate insights for decision-making.
  • Data Visualization: Utilize tools like Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to manipulate and present data, offering actionable insights for marketing initiatives.
