Job Description

NADIA Recruitment Dubai is seeking a highly skilled Renewal Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Proactively engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide personalized assistance to ensure a seamless renewal process.
  • Renewal Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate the renewal process, including documentation, payments, and compliance requirements, to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, serving as their primary point of contact for all renewal-related matters.
  • Expert Advice: Provide expert advice and guidance on renewal options, packages, and additional services to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their business needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and optimize the renewal process, ensuring seamless communication and efficient problem-solving.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and renewal activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management, preferably in the business setup industry.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach, strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, and proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
