Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to accommodate client needs for renewal
  • Own the auto-renewal component of the customer journey, ensuring seamless transitions and maximum revenue
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize auto-renewal processes, resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Communicate key insights and guide process improvement projects with Renewal Leadership, driving business growth and excellence

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, sales operations, or other customer-facing positions

  • Comfortable in a dynamic, customer-facing environment with strong organizational skills and business judgment
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
