Job Description

As a Help Desk Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Application Processing: Review and process applications in accordance with USDA guidelines.
  • Customer Service Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service to schools and households via phone or email.
  • Case Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date household cases in our database.

You will be working closely with our leadership team to resolve escalated customer concerns and system issues. Your strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse constituencies will be essential in this role.

Requirements
  • Non-IT Help Desk Experience: 3 years of experience in a help desk or customer service role.
  • Strong Customer Service Experience: 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Accuracy in Data Entry: Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
