Help Desk Coordinator

As a Help Desk Coordinator at Dice, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service team. Your primary responsibilities will include application processing, customer interaction, and case management.
Key Responsibilities:- Application Processing: Review and process applications efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with USDA guidelines.
- Customer Interaction: Provide courteous, timely, and accurate frontline customer service interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a polite and courteous manner.
- Case Management: Maintain household cases in a database, ensuring benefits are accurately issued and information is organized.
- Escalation and Resolution: Work with leadership to resolve escalated customer concerns and system problems.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track customer interactions and inquiries, generating reports for management to inform decision-making.
- Non-IT Help Desk Experience: 3 years of experience in a help desk role, providing customer service and technical support.
- Strong Customer Service Skills: 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on providing excellent service and resolving issues.
- Accuracy in Data Entry: Excellent data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
