Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic HR Operations Lifecycle Manager to lead our team in optimizing HR functions across the organization. This role is crucial for ensuring operational excellence, compliance with regulations, and supporting the overall employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the HR lifecycle team, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all functions while striving to exceed performance metrics.
  • Implement HR strategies that comply with legal requirements, conducting regular assessments to ensure adherence and recommending improvements to existing processes.
  • Address inquiries from employees and management regarding HR policies, maintaining a high standard of service and proactively resolving potential issues.
  • Support various employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, and terminations, while documenting actions to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage the preparation of employee documentation in accordance with regional regulations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, enhancing internal relationships and promoting a positive workplace culture through regular engagement and communication.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing HR operations within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively across the organization.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR practices relevant to the region.
