Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Ecolab. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business operations in Morocco and Algeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage employee lifecycle activities, including contracts, promotions, pay changes, disciplinary actions, and exits.
  • HR Operations: Oversee the day-to-day administration of HR policies, processes, and programs, including recruiting, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, compensation and benefits, coaching, employee performance, and labor relations.
  • HR Consulting: Provide forward-thinking HR consultation on operational and process issues impacting the business, and develop and implement HR proposals to drive business results.
  • Manager Development: Coach and develop managers on employee relations, performance management, goal setting, and other key areas to ensure effective execution of HR processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on employee lifecycle management and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and programs, including recruiting, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, compensation and benefits, coaching, employee performance, and labor relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
  • Ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.
