Role Summary
The SHARE Rewards Programme at Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead the growth and development of our award-winning customer lifecycle. This role will focus on creating strong engagement strategies that drive customer lifetime value and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer journey and lifecycle strategies to build trusted relationships and drive business growth.
- Leverage data and insights to manage and optimize marketing campaigns and ensure the effectiveness of lifecycle strategies.
- Manage the life cycle team and automation platforms, including platform knowledge, processes, and upskilling of team members and agencies.
- Interpret data from various sources to formulate key insights and opportunities for optimizing performance.
- Work with agencies and contractors to create impactful content customized to various target audiences and types of communications.
- Develop campaign measurement/KPIs to measure the effectiveness of all executions and communications.
- Develop strategies to enrich member data, enhance the collection of first-party data, and drive improvements in marketing data verification and usage.
- Transition from a channel-centric to a customer-centric operating model using an end-to-end digital customer lifecycle management approach.
Requirements
- Over 8 years of experience in creating and executing customer lifecycles.
- Over 8 years of experience in marketing automation.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, engagement, or a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
- A thorough understanding of customer lifecycle management from strategy through to execution.
- Experience in email automation processes and use cases.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including the impact of Apple's privacy policy, drag & drop, and A/B testing.
