Key Responsibilities- Room Status Verification: Verify guest room status and communicate with the Front Desk in a timely and efficient manner to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Daily Inspections: Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Work Assignment Management: Obtain lists of rooms to be cleaned immediately and prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments for our housekeeping team.
- Inventory Management: Inventory stock to verify adequate supplies and ensure that our housekeeping team has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
- Inspection Program Support: Support and supervise an effective inspection program for all guest rooms and public spaces to ensure that our standards are met.
- Financial Management: Understand the impact of departmental operations on the overall property financial goals and objectives and manage to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
- Employee Support: Verify that all employees have proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms to perform their duties effectively.
