Job Summary

As a key member of the Marriott International team, the Executive Butler is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the rooms area departments. This includes Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, and Housekeeping. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on guest and employee satisfaction, as well as maximizing financial performance. The Executive Butler will lead specific teams to meet or exceed property goals while maintaining high standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing daily operations in the rooms area departments
• Manage staff to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and employee engagement
• Continuously improve departmental performance and efficiency
• Lead specific teams to meet or exceed property goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
• OR
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
