Job Title: Sales and Partnerships Director

Company Overview: Maxtouch computers LLC is a leading IT and Telecom Solution provider in the Middle East and Africa region.

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Partnerships Director to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly C-level personnel.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries, including Corporate, Hospitality, Education & E-commerce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to securing deals, ensuring timely and efficient closure of projects/orders.
  • Analyze commercial results to identify areas for improvement and expansion.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments to remain competitive.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B ICT sales, preferably in a leadership role.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
