Job Overview

The Miral Experiences team is seeking a skilled and motivated Retail Projects and Partnership Manager to join our growing organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the Director of Retail Projects and Partnerships in delivering expansion projects and managing partnerships across the Miral estate.
  • Develop the team through empowerment, creativity, and motivation by leveraging individual strengths and partner capabilities.
Key Tasks
  1. Closely work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver new acquisitions or expansion projects on time and to a high standard.
  2. Manage partnerships to deliver:
  • New experiences across the existing estate that meet best-in-class standards.
  • Liaise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Act as an escalation point for the Miral operating group to resolve any issues.
  • Continuously look for ways to enhance revenues and guest experiences.
  • Ensure partners are compliant with all business areas, including HSE.
Financial Performance

Collaborate with partners and attraction teams to drive revenue growth across the estate. Assess business performance using company reporting tools to identify opportunities; take calculated risks to maximize sales and improve customer experience.

Essential Qualifications
  • A level or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in partnership/relationship management.
  • Familiarity with managing projects from concept to execution.
  • 'Can Do' attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong partnership/relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of business and financial concepts.
  • Established time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for both small and large groups.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude and initiative-taking self-starter.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Proficiency in other languages a plus.
  • Basic understanding of photography.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with IPs and global service providers.
  • 2+ years' experience in a theme park environment.
