About the Role

The Commercial Development Director role involves driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and converting them into successful outcomes. This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the market and its dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business growth strategy that aligns with the company's objectives;
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners;

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, informing business decisions and strategy adjustments;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or finance;
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field;
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets;
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
  • Ability to think strategically and drive business results;
  • Familiarity with sales tools, technologies, and methodologies;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
