We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team and lead our business expansion efforts in the HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Cafe) or Food Service sector.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and have 7 years functional experience, out of which 2 years should be in an equivalent Middle Management position.
Additionally, they should have 5 years' experience in UAE, 5 years' experience in FMCG, and 3 years' experience in HORECA/Food Service sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Effectively launch and achieve all launch objectives with a high level of sustainability, ensuring that new initiatives are viable long-term.
- Develop customer plans and ensure Volume, Revenue, and ASP targets are achieved for assigned sub-channels and regions.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers to analyze gaps and identify growth opportunities.
- Proven experience in business development within the HORECA/Food Service sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
