Sales Executive Position

Rules Cube is seeking a highly motivated sales executive to drive business growth and expansion in their designated region. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing successful sales strategies that unlock new business opportunities.

Your main objective will be to capture large accounts, nurture a strong pipeline of qualified leads, and convert them into profitable proposals and contracts that align with our company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at discovering new business opportunities in your region, securing large accounts, creating a pipeline of qualified leads according to our company targets, and transforming them into proposals and contracts.
  2. Design comprehensive account plans to gain a deep understanding of the prospect's needs and priorities, and deliver effective solutions.
  3. Develop Rules Cube's sales strategic plan.
  4. Manage customer expectations and contract compliance, addendums, and amendments.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Over 5 years of experience in selling Digital Transformation solutions.
  2. Previous work experience in digital transformation consulting firms or clients.
  3. Able to synthesize essential concepts during presentations and customize them for client needs.
  4. Familiarity with technical terms and ability to explain them in a clear manner to client executives.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  6. Ability to negotiate commercial contracts.
  7. Excellent communication skills and empathy, able to understand customer needs and communicate effectively.
  8. Proven track record of success driving deals through prospecting, discovery, solution proposal, negotiation, and closing new business.
  9. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
