Business Growth Manager - Publisher Development & Ad Sales

A successful Business Growth Manager is sought after to lead Vertoz's expansion in the UAE market. This role will focus on publisher development and ad sales, driving growth and strengthening Vertoz's presence in the Middle East region.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital advertising, publisher partnerships, and sales strategies. They will create and execute growth initiatives that foster revenue generation, build client relationships, and drive long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Publisher Development:
    • Identify and onboard high-quality publishers to expand Vertoz's ad network in the UAE and Middle East region.
    • Maintain strong relationships with publishing partners to ensure ongoing support and mutually beneficial arrangements.
    • Optimize monetization by developing strategies and collaborating with publishers to enhance ad placements, formats, and revenue yields.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify, prospect, and engage new clients for Vertoz's digital ad services in the UAE.
    • Build and nurture strong client relationships to understand their advertising needs and provide solutions.
  • Strategic Growth Initiatives:
    • Utilize market intelligence and networking to identify new business opportunities, emerging industries, and potential partners in the UAE.
    • Act as a Vertoz brand ambassador to enhance visibility and establish Vertoz as a trusted digital advertising partner.
