About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Manager to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and executing critical communications to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  2. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth and revenue.
  3. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that align with client objectives.
  4. Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and exceeding client expectations.
  5. Communication: Develop and execute effective communication plans to keep clients informed and engaged.
  6. Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve client issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis to clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  1. 5-10 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the CPG industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of the CPG industry and client organizations.
  3. Consultative client skills and innovative problem-solving skills.
  4. Proven experience in successfully leading complex client relationships.
  5. Proven track record of building client engagement.
  6. Ability to write and deliver effective proposals and presentations.
  7. Proven and quantifiable overachievement of revenue, sales, and profitability objectives.
