About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at 2XL Home Decor. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive performance-based digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Optimize Digital Marketing Campaigns
    • Design and implement performance-based digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, social media, and display ads.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including key KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), ROI, etc.
  • Target Audience and Content Development
    • Identify target audience segments and create buyer personas to improve engagement.
    • Develop personalized content to enhance campaign performance.
  • Campaign Reporting and Optimization
    • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to showcase the impact of marketing initiatives.
    • Continuously optimize campaigns for keyword selection, ad copy, targeting, bid strategy, and landing page experience.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with creative teams to design engaging and high-converting ads.
    • Work with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into web content and blog posts.
  • Marketing Automation and Analytics
    • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms to track and optimize campaign performance.
    • Proficient in marketing automation platforms for managing email campaigns and lead nurturing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance-based marketing.
  • Proven track record of successful performance marketing campaigns, particularly in PPC, SEO, and lead generation.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other marketing tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
