Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on insurance risk management and program design.
    • Conduct thorough risk assessments and analyze client insurance programs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Insurance Solutions
    • Design and implement tailored insurance solutions that meet clients' unique needs and risk profiles.
    • Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive pricing and terms.
  • Program Administration
    • Oversee the administration of client insurance programs, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to business operations.
    • Prepare and present regular program reports and summaries to clients, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
