Director- Client Relationship Management

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance investment management capabilities, focusing on investors in the UAE and GCC regions, through FAB's internal channels and external consultants.
  • Establish and maintain a robust prospect base, either individually or through referrals from other bank divisions.
  • Monitor and update sales activities, identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both internally and externally, to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Lead and manage Client Relationship Managers, ensuring timely completion of reporting and resolution of client queries with exceptional client service.
  • Focus on growing Assets Under Management (AUM) and revenues in line with business plans.
  • Adhere to the highest ethical standards in all business dealings.
  • Collaborate with support units, such as mid-office, back-office, risk, compliance, and others, to coordinate sales-related activities.
  • Contribute to the development of new investment products and services by identifying opportunities through client feedback.
  • Assist in completing client onboarding processes in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Organize and participate in roadshows, internal presentations, and seminars to promote investment opportunities.
  • Compile and submit regular and ad-hoc client reporting as required.
  • Lead activities such as RFP/RFI completion and Asset Management campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Minimum degree in accounting, economics, banking, or financial management.
  • Minimum 5 years+ experience in asset management, preferably in a relationship management function.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (Arabic preferred, but not necessary).
