Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with a portfolio of Engineering & Construction End Users both locally and globally, primarily focusing on the Gulf Cluster, utilizing a consultative sales strategy to achieve sales goals.
  • Accountable for delivering comprehensive solutions that integrate both hardware and software offerings to meet revenue objectives. Engage in the direct sales cycle by overseeing both new and existing accounts of regional, national, or strategic importance.
  • Act as a primary liaison between clients and the organization.
  • Update clients on new integrated solutions and propose offerings that align with their business requirements.
  • Oversee the creation of proposal documents and bidding materials.
  • Facilitate product demonstrations, including networking, systems integration, and support for hardware and software systems.
  • Enhance profitable sales within Power Systems accounts by achieving order targets and optimizing revenue streams, both direct and indirect.
  • Collaborate closely with accounts to build relationships and gain an in-depth understanding of their needs across our full range of offerings.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently track progress within the SE system (BfO).
  • Exhibit proficiency in offerings and lead product/solution demonstrations and discussions with clients.
  • Work in partnership with Offer Managers, Area Sales Managers, and internal sales teams to convert leads into sales.
  • Stay informed about market trends, client needs, competitor products, and technological advancements to adapt strategic approaches as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project and systems sales.
  • Strong grasp of client challenges, technology, and industry-specific insights.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and persuasion skills in a diverse cultural environment.
