- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 5-7 years of proven sales experience in the defense and space industry.
- Track Record: Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets in a complex B2B environment.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the defense and space market dynamics in the Middle East region.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships and manage client expectations.
- Team Management: Experience in managing and motivating a sales team (preferred).
