Job Description

This role requires a highly driven and well-connected Crypto Institutional Sales Trader with a proven ability to deliver immediate value by leveraging their deep network of institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and counterparties. The primary objective of this role is to grow our OTC trading business by acquiring and retaining client flow, with a specific focus on OTC flow in both liquid and illiquid cryptocurrency markets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leverage your network of institutional clients, HNWIs, and counterparties to onboard new clients and drive OTC trading flow
  • Actively target and onboard new clients, focusing on driving OTC trading flow and expanding market share
  • Build, nurture, and retain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and sustainable growth.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in OTC trading, sales trading, or client relationship management in the cryptocurrency or financial services industry
  • Demonstrated ability to bring in business and generate revenue by leveraging a deep, established network of institutional clients and HNWIs
  • Experience in structuring and closing complex trading deals, including block trades and structured transactions
  • Exceptional ability to build, nurture, and retain long-term client relationships
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with a client-centric mindset
  • In-depth knowledge of digital assets, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency market structures
  • Ability to analyze market trends and provide clients with insightful, actionable ideas and strategies
