We are seeking a talented OTC Sales Trader to join our Binance OTC team. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, preferably a Master's degree, from fields of finance, engineering, or mathematics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full OTC trade lifecycle during EMEA hours, providing clients with price quotations and trade executions, and conducting internal hedge requirements.
  • Drive new volumes and provide market color to clients by understanding their trade and liquidity needs, and building trust through frequent communications.
  • Collaborate with sales and BD teams to facilitate client needs, and identify new trade opportunities.
  • Handle OTC product transactions across spot, derivatives, and fiat assets.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as an OTC Sales Trader in the financial or crypto industry.
  • A good understanding of the OTC trade lifecycle, OTC pricing and execution methods, and fiat banking & crypto settlements.
  • Solid understanding of the financial markets, market microstructure, liquidity concepts, and risk exposure mitigation.
  • Excellent analytical skills, self-motivated, resourceful, independent, and takes initiative.
