Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Director to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to engage with the public sector for sales of public safety and security solutions.
  • Build and manage key customer and partner relationships to drive business growth.
  • Develop capture strategies to increase prospects and sales pipeline.
  • Evaluate competitor plans, government initiatives, and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Organize and lead monthly meetings to track and forecast sales achievements and marketing activities.
  • Manage all development processes to ensure compliance with government policies, regulations, and corporate governance.

Requirements

  • Proven international sales track record in the public safety domain in Middle East markets.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of the international business landscape and regulations of Middle East markets.
  • Good knowledge of relevant marketing and finance skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
