Key Responsibilities
  • Expertly manage and maintain large-scale email and messaging hybrid environments, including G Suite, O365, and Exchange on-premises.
  • Develop and implement effective email security solutions using Cisco ESA/SMA and other security gateways.
  • Administer Windows Server environments, preferably Windows Server 2016 and higher OS.
  • Provide hands-on support for infrastructure services, including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, File Share, Print Service, and Certificate Management.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.
  • Basic knowledge of AWS Cloud Hosting, including VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, SSM, CFT, and Security Manager.
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting systems, preferably Splunk, SCOM, and CloudWatch.
  • Knowledge of ticketing management tools, such as ServiceNow or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 15 years of full-time education.
