About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Relationship Manager to join our team at Reliance Career Opportunities. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our business partners, driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a relationship-building strategy, targeting high-value business partners and prospects.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring seamless integration and maximum ROI.
  3. Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored solutions to meet the evolving needs of our partners.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with company goals and objectives.
  5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and opportunity.
Requirements
  1. Proven track record of success in business development, with a focus on strategic partnerships and growth.
  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively.
  3. Minimum 2 years' experience in the UAE, with a strong understanding of local market dynamics and trends.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  5. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language proficiency is a valuable asset.
  6. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Preferred languages: English, Arabic.

Compensation: Competitive salary package with incentives.
